我從control panel --> Administrative Tools 裏麵關於 oracle 的隻有data source (ODBC), 其.exe file 是 %SystemRoot%\system32\odbcad32.exe， 不是通常在windows task manager 裏看到的oracle.exe, 而且，properties裏沒有把它改成手動啟動的選項。
