AT+CSMP=32,167,0,0的問題

Actually I had attempted to use the command you recommended, but fail as well:

===============================================
AT+CSMP=32,167,0,0
ERROR
===============================================

By the way, how about using the time-string format, like:

at+csmp=32,"05/10/21,22:10:00+08",0,0

Actually I had also used this format of command, but was unable to send SMS onwards. So could you give me more details about the AT+CSMP command.
