求助,Toshiba laptop can't start

hi,everyone, something wrong with my toshiba laptop. It reload winxp continumously, but it can't enter into it. I tried the safe mode, it worked. but then I tried the regular mode again, it still didn't work. is this something wrong with 128M的內存條, or it is virus? thanks a lot. BOW.
