Only the big sites are charging sale Tax such as Amazone.com, Dell or Bestbuy specially if they have a chain store in your city. For most online stores are still no Tax but you will be required to pay more shipping charges & custom Tax when ship to Canada. Newegg.com is usually no shipping charge( Californian do have to pay Tax plus shipping for their orders at Newegg )The only thing you could do by having your US friends order it for you & mail to you ( you still have to pay Canadian custom Tax but saves on free shipping )
