Help diagnostics

hi, every one, please hep me to make a diagonostics. I was able to install my xp but it just can start some time and most of the time can not start up.

I removed all pCI components except VGC card. CDROM, Memorychip and Hard disk work fine.

But the problem still exists.

Any suggestions????? Thanks
