" *.htm " File is a program. Browser operate this file and display content in "*.htm" file, including words and pictures. So " *.htm " file include words and path where pictures are stored , browser can find the pictures depend on path in " *.htm " file. If browser can not find pictures according path given, browser will not display pictures and only display words.
In this example, project.htm and team.htm include three pictures, group_photo.jpg and MVC-394F.jpg and top_right.gif. These pictures must be stored in fold named IMAGES. The " project.htm " and " team.htm " and folder "IMAGES" must be in the same position. If the " project.htm " and " team.htm " and folder "IMAGES" are not in one folder at the same time. You will not see the pictures in browser when you operate " project.htm " and " team.htm ".
