Toshiba Laptop

My Toshiba Laptop has been 3 years old. Recently the keyboard encountered some problems. When I typed some letter, apostraphies was always accompanied. Sometimes this apostrphies would appear automatically. What problem?

Some friends suggested me to change keyboard but where to find cheap keyboard and how to fit it onto laptop? I have never done that. Please anyone kindly tell me what problem and how to fix it.
