please make sure that you have enabled your firewall on your operating system(XP home or XP pro), or you can install some internet firewall program, to block the pop up. it is a kind of ad ware or spyware.when you are online, they will pop up, when you are offline, it will never show up. Norton has this kind of things to block the pop up.
