右鍵點擊，選屬性，轉到Security頁點Advanced

轉到Owner頁，點Administrators然後按OK。在剛才的Security頁點Add...輸入Administrators點OK。在Security頁點Administrators，在Allow和Full Control交叉的選框中打勾。
