為什麽Win2000ProBT下載特慢？？？

為什麽Win2000Pro BT下載特慢，我用XP下載都200-270Kb/s Win2000Pro最多隻有50，還不穩定，請告訴我為什麽。（我是內網，用BitComet0.59下載）
