I might not say it clearly

I might not say it clearly, now say it again:
step#1: I successfully use the microsoft's remote connection software
to VPN to my company already.
step#2: I successfully connect to my PC in my office(weekend when needed).
step#3: I successfully access asp files of other company's site built by my company.

BUT: I want a change, I don't want to do step#2 now, which is very slow.
In other word, I don't want to touch my office PC at all.
Instead, I want to use my home PC to do the life web coding, as it has all the software needed.
Because many files are so big, it's very slow to handle them through my office PC, even though it's DSL.

Please let me know any confusing info I caused.
