請問，我沒有fixed IP address, 但我想用

dynamic ip address來做我的網頁。本來可以找個hosting service,付一點錢的，但是我自己想要用我自己的database。所以，我能否用www.xx.xx.xx.xx(dynamic address).com 來access 我的網頁？應為我發現好像我的local dynamic ip 不經常變。（我可以通過local network 來access，但是不能通過internet). 那位能否耐著性子給講解一下？萬分感謝！
