start-->run-->regedit-->edit-->find "www.17777.com"-->delete or change into whatever you want-->delete all cookies-->empty tmp folder-->check taskmanager-->stop any hookdll -->clean spyware-->use ie assistant or other anti-spayware protect regtable software
