There are on-line stores selling XP key/COAs. You can find it with pricewatch etc. It seems to be a legal business since the seller is a regular computer hardware/software store and it doesn't try to hide it.

I am just wondering if it is legal to use it with an XP installation CD coming with a dell machine.
