新買的Dell flat panel

剛買的Dell flat panel, 仔細看會感覺到有無數條閃動的光條從下到上不停的滾動。是不是有毛病啊？還是過兩天就好了？拜托哪位有經驗，要是有毛病，趁現在還早，我得趕緊換一個。謝謝啦。
