Hi,yahoobb, thank you for your help.i am just a little confused that the website you gave. Could you tell me more details,such as which software is easiest to use and most reliable? Don't tease me for asking such a simple quisten. I don't know anything about IT and have never downloaded any software from Internet.i have got Drag'n Drop CD+DVD in my computer.
