Some seats have power outlet.

When I fly from LA to DC, my seat has one, but I don't have an adapter. The airplane power outlet is the same as car outlet. I saw one in CompuUSA for about $89.99, and I checked ebay, it's about $40-50 there. I don't fly much, so I think it doesn't worth it.
