Need help - How to get rid of

the search web and search bar?
They modified my Favorites and can not add and edit it.
I can go to control pannel to remove the program, but it will be back just few minutes. I hate it so much. It makes my buffer over floading.
Please help me. How can I get rid of that for ever?
