求助: 我的電腦被綁架

電腦自動往外發信息。不停彈出窗口，下麵是一個例子：

IE會自動連接到某個網站，下載無數廣告和軟件,自動運行,並改寫注冊表.
重裝係統後,一上網又開始.有個係統文件svchost總在往外發信息,連接網站:61.152.158.125:50173. Port 1026 或61.235.154.103:54240.
那位大蝦知道如何解決這個問題.多謝!!!
