Lookup the "maintenance and service guide" for the laptop at HP support web site.

Clearing CMOS password is usually in Product Description section.

Basically you'll have to remove RTC (real-time clock) battery and wait for a few minutes. It's inside your laptop and you need to remove certain parts (such as keyboard, keyboard plate, memory shield, heat sink etc.) to access it.
