(1)check 你的out look setting, (I am using outlook 2003 as an example)
(I) Open Outlook select
(II)Select
(III)check the [TYPE] of your e-mail setting
(A) If it is EXCHANGE (That is means everything you have is on the exchange server, you can get everything back by ask you network Administartor restore the setting for you.)
(B)If it is IMAP or POP3 , that means your setting is set on the local setting, at this moment, you might wnat to use {FIND} function to find if there is a file with .pst as sub-file name. (That will be your personal folder), most of IMAP or POP3 setting by default will download your e-mail to your personal folder. So all you need to do is to restore this PST file back to current setting.
(C) If you find the PST file, all yopu need to do is IMPORT/EXPORT function to import this file back to your system.
