I am not sure what do you really want, but you can try the follow:
1. If you already have partition, install DOS 6.02 on your D drive, made it active, then boot from DOS !
2. If you dont have Partition, download a software called PartitionMagic make a new Partition, make it active, install DOS, then reboot into DOS mode!
