I have been using SBC DSL for 2 years. I called them to lower my
bill recently and I got it. But, I had to commit another 12 months.
$14.95 for the next 12 months. Not bad. 1.5 MB/128kb
Call them, if they refuse, ask them to transfer you to 'Customer Care'
, who gave it to me immediately.
If they still refuse, ask them to transfer you to 'Customer retaintion'.
