defragmentation and disable

some processes

defragmentation: left click on drive C and right click to get the properties -> tools, you will see the functions

disable some processes:
start->run type: this "msconfig.exe" (if OS is xp). In startup, disable realplay, realsched, adobe..(several), qttask, ect. leave the anti-virus and firewall intact.
service: conceal the MS services and see what left. left anti-virus and firwall intact. disable some terms that might be useless.
