take you laptop HD connect to a clean desktop which has Norton anti-virus and adware installed, scan virus and adware. after that, put your hd back to laptop, in the safe mode delete all temp file.(include local settings). then you use windows xp pro disk to repair the windows.after that, your system should be back to work.
