Try to get into Bio. If you have no problem, check the processor temp in Bio. This will eliminate problem with CPU.

Try Safe mode.

Try to Boot with XP CD

If every thing fail, reformat and reinstall Operation system. This time, you may want to try Linux, start with Suse 9.2
