請問這裏DELL筆記本的用戶

我新買了DELL Inspiron 6000， 發現即使在CPU低負荷運行時，CPU風扇也在運轉，雖然轉速不很快，聲音不很大，但好像不像我以前用的電腦那樣時停時轉。在CPU較高速運行時，風扇也會提速，聲音也會變大。想問問這裏的朋友，這是否是正常的？你們的DELL筆記本也一樣如此嗎？
