Miss the Icon for Wireless Ser

Hi,

I re-format the drive C and re-install the Windows 2000 Server on C, I have not move out the wireless card. But, when I re-install the software for the wireless card, the PC's desktop cannot display the small icon on the rightest-bottom of the desktop, the small icon is used to show the connection/disconnection/trouble for the wireless card, so I can't access the Internet by using the wireless. I have not found ANY trouble when I re-installed the software, everything is same as before. Is the CD out of order?
