add one line like this at the end of boot file c:\boot.ini:

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINNT="Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect

after reboot your computer, you should see the options.

CAUTION: back up boot.ini before you do this!
