關於streambox ripper V2.009，

當我想把選定目標（rm文件）轉換成mp3時，總是提示以下內容，
decoding of the file requests internal codec. Please download and install G2 player (www.real.com).
請問G2 player是個什麽咚咚，我在real的homepage上也沒有看出來名堂，誰能幫幫我，我是菜鳥，多謝，5555555。
怎樣高手請出手。
