Hi everyone,
The problem of friend's computer seem not the power supply problem. When the PC turn on, the mainboard, fan, hard drive and cd-drive are all turn on. But it seem can not pass self test, it turns on again and again( the cpu fan run, stop, run,stop and so on).
Who knows the reason?
