I have the same problem.

But I think if you unistall it and then reinstall it again, it will recognise your computer system.

For example: before you uninstall it you must write down the account number from About Norton2003. When you reinstall, go check the account number, if it's the different one, you can use for sometimes.

Do you know how to format your PC, it might help!
