求助信箱裏所有的附件都打不開了.5555~~~救命啊~~~~

為啥我現在的hotmail一想download附件,就會出現internet explorer cannot download....from 64.4.43.250. internet explorer was not able to open this internet site, The requested site is either unavialble or cannot be found. Please try again later.

哪位大俠知道是什麽原因啊??
