Control Panel->Folder Options->View->Uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" inside "Advanced settings:" section.->hit "OK"
Then you will see the full filename of all files including the extensions if they have. Press F2 on your keyboard or right click on the file and select "Rename" to change the extensions.
Done!
