是不是主板的問題?

我的計算機最近總是死機。死機後有時顯示：
CMOS checksum error -- defaults loaded.
Warning: cpu speed and ratio were lost. Please enter them in setup, and save the settings before exit.
　　
有時死機後reset鍵都沒有用了，隻有關電源。我的顯卡/聲卡/網卡都是集成在主板上的。內存已換過，沒用。
