thanks a lot, my laptop is still alive. I tried your way last night. I held the power key for less than 5 seconds. The power was off automatically then. I appreciate your great help. But, I still need your help. You menitioned that "restart後最好讓係統自動掃描一下硬盤", How do I do it???? no comupter skills at all, please forgive me.
