ftp 求救！！

在學校的機器上開的ftpsever為什麽在宿舍連接不上,而在學校的機器就可以連上.難道SEVER 有什麽設置不對???請大狹支招!!!
PS:宿舍的也是CABLE,但發現每次連接時PORTNUMBER 總是在變.
