here (delete wmv file)

Ctrl+Alt+Delete -->end current process "explorer"

then now you can delete your wmv. (note: before you end explorer, you must open a DOS window: Run->cmd)

Ctrl+Alt+Delete again. start a new task "explorer".

Done!!
