1. After boot the computer, push F8. select DOS mode.
2. The winXP will stop and show which *.sys it cannot load.
3. Use WinXP CD boot the notebook, select restore opertion. (Select R). You must be careful otherwise it will re-install WinXP system. If you are not sure what you are doing, consult a Notebook repair expert.
4. Disable *.sys.
5. Restart the notebook. If you are luck, you could boot the computer. If you install some software recently, remove the last software you try to install. Or update the computer to WinXP update2.
6. If the notbook works fine, use winXP system CD to enable *.sys.
