Please Help Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

我的電腦開機時經常出現:"Operating System not found."
我該怎麽辦哪？我買的是舊電腦，隻有windows 98 disc.
But I can't format it, I will loose all the Drivers
Can I create any Disc such as rescue disc or recover disc?
