Input Chinese in Windows ME?

I'm not familiar with the Windows ME. Viewing Chinese and inputing Chinese are 2 different things. I know Windows XP can do both. And Windows 98 only lets you view Chinese, not input. I'm not sure about Windows ME.

Maybe you should post the question in a more straight-forward way such as "how to input Chinese in Windows ME?"
