I don't know what the Chinese translation software does.
It may not do anything to your QQ. Just download the latest
QQ2004. And use AppLocale (from Microsoft) to install/run
QQ (that's what I'm doing). Use Chinese input method which
comes with Windows XP to input Chinese characters.
