SBC Yahoo 電話DSL換地址-太黑了

幾個月前因為想上網，所以申請了電話線，初次安裝要收47刀（雖然早就有電話線了，沒什麽人來裝線）。現在要搬家，給SBC打電話，被告知每換一次地址，要收一次47刀，太黑了吧？
