請問如何加外掛字幕到電影文件上去?謝謝

我下載了the aviator,但沒字幕,後來到字幕網站下了字幕文件,但怎麽也加不上去,(我以前從沒加過的,亂家一氣的)
請大俠指點江山,謝謝
