yes, but everybody buy it to make it a high end desktop, it has all 875 has to offer (minus raid and pat)
i have prescott 3.2ghz, 1g ram and installed a 400w psw (had to use a power saw to cut the case). the only thing missing is a decent video card. not sure if i should buy a 6600gt agp for $194.
anyway i'm 100% sure the on board sound has 5.1, just i guess the audio plugs are not properly installed
