如果你用IE，從manu bar 上click Tools,
move to and click internet options,
under the general tab,
click delete cookies button
click deletet files button
if you know any other temp directory which saved some files that sounds useless to you, deleted them all.
restart your computer
If that still not working well, you might have to buy a anti-virus software.
