上網功能故障,請求幫助

windows xp home edition, sp2, 因為被spyware感染,所以下載了微軟的antispyware beta版.檢查係統後,remove了所有被發現的spyware,但是重新起動機器後,發現網絡無法連接.用的是 nic ethernet.重新安裝網卡驅動,仍然不行.刪除spyware之前,網絡沒問題.
請不吝賜教.
