how to install win2000

我的筆記本沒有光驅，USB接口的光驅不認。現在把win98拷到硬盤上，但不能裝，是FAT32格式的。win2000也不能裝，有什麽好辦法支著？？萬分感謝！！如何進行網絡安裝？？
