question! about 126.com

I added my 126.com email account on outlook express.
Followed exactly the instruction from 126 website, set the income and outgoing sever, but I can only receive income email, can never sent out email. I copied the error info here:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'Home', Server: 'smtp.126.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

It's quite frustrated, because yahoo and hotmail email account no longer can put through outlook express, and 126.com got this problem for sending emails.
