電腦總自動關機 求救啊

我的是DELL的筆記本 最近總是自動關機
確信沒有病毒，而且也格式化過硬盤

最近找到一個規律， 每次在筆記本上看片子時間長了就自動關機，如果重新開機繼續看片子關機速度比上次更快。。。。。

不知道是和電腦溫度有關係還是內存耗盡有關係呢？ 但是怎麽會總是自己關機呢？？？？
